1. Guest Services Support – Operations: 

Compass Corporate Housing is seeking an honest, well-spoken, professional, and motivated individual to join our Guest Services team. 

WHAT WILL YOUR DAY TO DAY LOOK LIKE? 

  • REPORT TO : Report directly to Guest Service Supervisor and Director Of Operations for support and direction

 

  • MEET AND GREET SERVICES : Engaging clients by creating relationships and adding personal touches to create a memorable guest experience. Meet and Greet services for new guests coming in 

 

  • COMMUNITY AWARENESS : Understand and learn each corporate apartment unit location, property amenities, directions for arrival,  floor plans, and any other necessary knowledge to meet client needs 

 

  • COMMUNITY CONNECTIONS: Establish and maintain relationships with clients and properties and perform marketing  on a regular and frequent basis 

 

  • ADMINISTRATION:
    • Ordering office supplies
    • Building Welcome Folder (updating online platform)
    • Arranging parking 
    • Key arrangements
    • Case entry and follow up
    • Answering phone calls 
    • Keeping office environment clean and organized
    • Catering orders for weekly lunches
    • Greeting visitors
    • Administrative support for off site meeting and retreats 

 

  • UTILITY MANAGEMENT : Learning utility process for set ups and breakdowns including ROKU and streaming services. You may be asked to start or stop service in a unit or program devices for new move ins or swaps

 

  • APARTMENT INSPECTIONS: Perform apartment inspections using quality control checklists. You will be in charge of completing these checklists from start to finish. This will involve inspecting apartments, replacing missing items, reporting repairs to the complexes and supervisor, communicating with housekeepers about quality of work.  Communicating with supervisor regarding outside vendors such as carpet cleaning or painter, etc. It will be your responsibility to make sure apartments are ready for our guest to move in.

 

  • WORK ORDERS: You will be asked to respond to and document maintenance requests both from client inquiries and upon completion of apartment inspections. You will be required to document cases and provide updates until a work order is complete and the issue has been resolved in a satisfactory manner. 

 

  • GENERAL MAINTENANCE: Keeping your eyes open to the general upkeep of interior and exterior apartment conditions as determined during audits and inspections. If you see something, say something!

 

  • WORKING HOURS : Maintain the hours of 8:30am to 5:30 pm Monday through Friday. Weekend work may be requested during busy months. We will provide flexibility as needed and based on company schedule. Please alert your supervisor should you have a request for a late arrival or early release. Please provide as much notice as possible so they may adjust the schedule accordingly. 

 

  • COMMUNICATION AND CONSIDERATION: You are responsible for making sure that you communicate with your supervisor at all times. You are out in the field and communication regarding apartment issues, scheduling conflicts, delays, etc is critical to the success of the team. Your supervisor will provide your schedule and it is expected that you will work with your daily assignment.

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2-3 years relevant work experience
