Reservation Process

You have enough to worry about so let us take care of making sure your furnished apartment or temporary home is everything you expect and deserve it to be.  Our reservation procedure is simple and easy and we will walk you through the process every step of the way.

STEP 1

Browse through our site for information about our unique locations and properties. With our new “Real Time Availability”, you can choose a specific apartment and “Request to Book”.

STEP 2

Once you have chosen an apartment that fits your need the best, simply click, REQUEST, to start the process. This will send a message to our team AND will hold the apartment for you. Our team will send you a simple electronic application. Once this is received, we will put together a Reservation Agreement will the dates and details that you have requested. All you need to do is sign and your apartment will be reserved.

STEP 3

You’re done!  Upon receipt of your signed Reservation Agreement, we will send you a confirmation with detailed move-in instructions.  Don’t worry, we will also call you to give you detailed information about the move-in process and answer any other questions that you may have.
