STEP 1

Browse our site for information about our unique locations and properties or call our offices to speak with one of our experienced sales representatives who can walk you though the site.  We will ask a few important questions so that we can search our availability for the perfect options.

STEP 2

After performing your needs assessment, our sales team will search our apartment database for options that best suit your needs. We will send an email outlining apartment options and details, as well as marketing attachments designed to give you a comprehensive understanding of our offerings.  Our sales team is ready to answer any questions and concerns that you may have during this process.

STEP 3

When you are ready to reserve, simply let us know.  We will place your apartment on hold while we walk you through the reservation process.  Next, we will email you a simple application which contains the information we’ll need in order to send you a rental agreement.  After we receive your application, we will email you our rental agreement which outlines the details of the transaction.  Simply sign the agreement and send back to us.  You’re done!  Upon receipt of your signed rental agreement we will send you a confirmation with detailed move-in instructions.  Don’t worry, we will also call you to give you detailed information about the move-in process and answer any other questions that you may have.
