The Compass Crew

We’re more than your typical “team," we’re the Compass Crew! We come together through our compassion for giving back to others by volunteering our time, raising money, donating and working towards a more sustainable lifestyle through our Compass Cares initiatives. Outside of our day-to-day, we come together as beer connoisseurs, adrenaline junkies, and world travelers. Core Responsibilities:

  • Administration: General office upkeep, managing the phone system, and keeping the internal team supported
  • Utility Management: Learning utility process for setups and breakdowns including ROKU and streaming services.
  • Apartment Inspections: Schedule Quality Control to complete the maintenance of our beautiful apartments using our Breezeway Management Platform.

Training Provided:

  • Company Systems: We’ll train you on how to navigate and utilize company software systems including NINETY.IO, Salesforce, and Breezeway and server applications.
  • Property Tours: You will be asked to act as a guest and travel to our properties to experience a move in

  • Candidates must have a clean driving record, strong work ethic, positive attitude, a professional appearance, and work well with others.
  • Candidates must be able to move furniture and carry out various labor-intensive tasks and lift in excess of 50lbs

Core Responsibilities:

  • Warehouse: Assist in warehouse operations including general cleanliness and organization, inventory control, supply management, monitoring linen quality, building set up and turn over kits, etc.
  • Housekeepers: Quality assurance for housekeeping staff with respect to maintaining Compass standards of cleanliness and order. It will be your responsibility to inspect the housekeeper’s job and report when there is a concern or a need to repeat a cleaning.
  • On Call Support: You will be part of a rotating on call support schedule. You will be required to respond after hours and on the weekends to emergencies. You will receive compensation when on call.
