Core Responsibilities:

  • Quality Control Team Lead: Work with the Guest Services Manager to ensure the daily operations are performed at the highest quality and efficiency standards. You will be the liaison between guest services and the Quality Control team
  • Warehouse: Assist in warehouse operations including general cleanliness and organization, inventory control, supply management, monitoring linen quality, building setup and turnover kits, etc.
  • Apartment Inspections: Perform apartment inspections using quality control checklists found on the Breezeway platform. You will be in charge of completing these checklists from start to finish. This will involve inspecting apartments, replacing missing items, reporting repairs to the complexes and your supervisor, and communicating with housekeepers about the quality of work.
  • Housekeepers: Quality assurance for housekeeping staff with respect to maintaining Compass standards of cleanliness and order.
  • Work Orders: Perform various maintenance requests including making key arrangements for new clients, picking up and dropping items at apartment complexes, purchasing supplies, providing access to apartments for vendors, troubleshooting problems in apartments, meeting and greeting guests, and minor apartment and appliance repairs.
  • General Maintenance: General maintenance and upkeep of interior and exterior apartment conditions as determined during audits and inspections. If you see something, say something!
  • Working Hours: Maintain the hours of 8:30 am to 5:30 pm Monday through Friday. Weekend work will be required when on call. We will provide flexibility as needed and based on the company schedule.
  • On-Call Support: You will be part of a rotating on-call support schedule.
  • Furniture Maintenance (Setups, Breakdowns, Swaps): You are responsible for building, taking apart, and moving compass furniture in and out of apartments during the course of our lease terms as well as during new acquisition or termination of our leases. Your job is to make sure our furniture is cared for and remains in good condition during the transition as well as in storage at the warehouse.

  • Utility Management: Learning utility process for setups and breakdowns including ROKU and streaming services.
  • Apartment Inspections: Schedule Quality Control to complete the maintenance of our beautiful apartments using our Breezeway Management Platform.

  • Company Systems: We’ll train you on how to navigate and utilize company software systems including NINETY.IO, Salesforce, and Breezeway and server applications.
