Recently, our visit to 30 Dalton was just what I was looking for. I was looking for a furnished apartment close to NorthEastern University as my daughter had surgery while attending school. Brian helped me find a place in close proximity for her recovery following so she could attend school. 30 Dalton location was a gem, right in the heart of Back Bay with all the amenities and more. The kitchen appliances were top notch and had everything so I could cook some homemade meals. Trader Joe’s, the Prudential center and Newbury Street were also a plus. Would love to stay here every visit now to this area! We were spoiled. Thanks again for everything.

Stayed on battery street last weekend while in town. Easy check in, lovely place, great location. Honestly I can’t complain about a single thing! No problems whatsoever. I would recommend it to anybody. Brian was easy to work with and made the experience stress free with great communication!

Apartment was perfect for our two week medical stay up in Boston as a family of four. Clean, comfy beds, walking distance to loads of kid friendly attractions and a playroom in the building. Will definitely be staying here again when back in Boston!

My 2-month stay was wonderful. The apartment was an oasis during a stressful time. The location at Summer House was perfect -- I loved the offerings at the Japanese deli across the street. The apartment was comfortable, quiet, pleasant, welcoming, and stress free. Rosie and the other concierges were friendly, welcoming, and helpful. (The only challenge was that I could never quite figure out where to park, but that may just have been me.)

We just spent almost four months in Boston while our infant son had multiple surgeries at Boston Children's Hospital. The team at Compass was incredible (especially Brian W. who helped us out). They were so flexible and quick to respond to any of our needs. Will definitely use them again! They places us at The Alyx (Seaport) and The Dalton (near Prudential Center) and both were immaculate and wonderful buildings. Highly recommend.

Adam, Isabella, and The Compass Team are amazing! I thought I was looking for something impossible, but they delivered with a gorgeous furnished apartment on the beach with an open-ended lease. During our two month stay, they answered all of my questions quickly and met every need my family expressed. Most importantly, they were warm, engaging, and friendly during every interaction. I plan to stay again at the same property next summer (and hopefully many future summers) since we enjoyed it so much. I highly recommend Compass!
