Adam Katz with the Compass team has been terrific,. Can't say enough good things about how responsive and attentive he and Compass have been in responding to my questions. I had a great experience with Compass Furnished Apartments. Especially the service I received from Adam Katz. It really felt like concierge service. He took me through he processes effortlessly, and his whole team was really great. The apartment was exactly what we needed, beautiful and well appointed. And they responded immediately to any questions or concerns while we were there. This is the type of experience you expect and hope for but rarely get these days. We just spent 9 weeks at Via Seaport.  Have worked with Adam DiVincenzo for a few years and he is very accommodating.  The apartment was clean and comfortable.  Had a couple minor issues, but Compass Guest Services responded quickly and took care of them.  A couple suggestions that would make the apartment more comfortable would be 1) better quality sheets (the microfiber polyester is thin and gets staticky.  2) A mirror in the guest room.  The building itself is well maintained, clean, and the staff are great.  Have been there for 3 winters and hope to go again next year.
