Our spacious family home is situated on a 1/2 acre lot and boasts incredible views of Martha’s Vineyard, Nantucket Sound and Bourne’s Pond. Renters can join Menauhant Yacht Club for an additional fee.

The main house has 6 bedrooms and 3 full baths along with a spacious living room, dining room and kitchen.

Attached to the main house is a beautiful second living area that leads to the deck, backyard, patio, outdoor shower, wet-bar, laundry room, foyer entrance, and garage.

A door and stairway leads off this area to a private suite with additional living area, bedroom, and full bathroom. This suite sits above the garage and has its our balcony with sweeping view of Marthas Vineyard and Nantucket Sound.

  I had a great experience with Compass Furnished Apartments. Especially the service I received from Adam Katz. It really felt like concierge service. He took me through he processes effortlessly, and his whole team was really great. The apartment was exactly what we needed, beautiful and well appointed.   We just spent 9 weeks at Via Seaport.  Have worked with Adam DiVincenzo for a few years and he is very accommodating.  The apartment was clean and comfortable.  Had a couple minor issues, but Compass Guest Services responded quickly and took care of them.  A couple suggestions that would make the apartment more comfortable would be 1) better quality sheets (the microfiber polyester is thin and gets staticky.  2) A mirror in the guest room.  The building itself is well maintained, clean, and the staff are great.  Have been there for 3 winters and hope to go again next year.
